Achieve low moisture content of the filter cake, clear filtrate under high vacuum, and clean the filter cloth without reducing output during continuous production. With low investment cost and high production efficiency, it has been widely promoted and applied in the treatment of mineral processing tailings.

Comprehensive tailings treatment methods:

The tailings with a large amount of water discharged from the mine are thickened by a thickener and then enter a disc vacuum filter for separation. The filter cake after filtration can be directly dry-piled for storage. The supernatant of the thickener and the clear liquid filtered by the filter are reused after filtration. If the particles are extremely fine, then before entering the thickener, an appropriate amount of flocculant is fed into the thickener through the dosing device, and then the thickener enters the disc vacuum filter for filtration.

Technical features:

1. As a container for receiving slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, the sturdiness and durability of the tank structure have a crucial impact on the stability of the product. Moreover, by adding a corundum high-molecular wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the problem of easy wear of the tank has been fundamentally solved. 2. In view of the characteristics of tailings powder, such as high friction coefficient, large particles and fast sedimentation speed, the filter fan is strengthened by using high-strength wear-resistant materials and thickening the wall thickness of the filter fan to enhance its surface wear resistance, thereby increasing the service life of the filter fan. 3. The cross-section of the filtrate pipe is large, and the volume of the distribution head and abdominal cavity is also large, which improves the pumping rate and the effect of filtrate discharge. 4. The filter tubes are made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes or stainless steel pipes, which are not prone to corrosion. 5. Each filter fan is equipped with a pressure plate, and the pressure bolts are made of stainless steel to prevent rust and facilitate disassembly. 6. The stirring adopts a polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, water seal and imported packing packing seal for multiple combined sealing, achieving the purpose of no ore leakage. And according to the particle size of the materials, a dual combined form of mechanical and air stirring or an optional one is adopted, which overcomes the phenomenon of material sedimentation. 7. The control panel and friction panel are made of boron-phosphorus cast iron with excellent wear resistance, and the control panel adopts involute form air ducts. The discs are lubricated with yellow grease, which combines rigidity and flexibility, providing excellent sealing performance and extending the service life by 2 to 3 times. 8. The dry oil pump is centrally equipped with multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 9. As a filtering medium, the filter cloth has residues in its surface capillary pores after operation, which affects its filtering characteristics. Only by frequently cleaning it under high pressure can the good air permeability of the filter cloth be ensured. The filter machines produced by our company are equipped with automatic filter cloth cleaning devices. Clean the filter cloth at any time and do it while working. At the same time, the filter cloth is regenerated and recycled with hot water and alkaline solution to maintain its good air permeability and the dehydration effect of the product. Variable frequency speed regulation is adopted, and the concentration and flow rate of the material are adjusted to achieve the ideal working effect.

Scope of application:

This series of disc vacuum filters are mainly used for dewatering tailings from various mineral processing industries, and are also suitable for dewatering fine-grained materials in river sludge, hydropower station mud and sand, building materials, chemical and other industries.
