The ZPG (PGT, GPT) type disc vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum as the filtration power to separate solid-liquid slurry. It is applicable to the filtration and dewatering of fine particle materials in industries such as metal mines, non-metallic mines, environmental protection sludge, cement, and building materials. Technical features:

I. Filter Fans
In light of the particularity of the mineral processing industry, our company adopts a dedicated new type of heavy-duty filter fan. 1. The surface is smooth, the dehydration holes are evenly distributed, and the porosity is reasonable. The edges of the filter fan and the ribs are all rounded, which not only improves the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth. 2. The filter fan head has a chamfer, ensuring high strength. The bottom of the filter fan is reinforced with ribs, making it less prone to damage or breakage during assembly and disassembly. 3. The Angle between the direction of the ribs and the centerline of the filter fan is more reasonable, resulting in less fluid resistance. The effective area of the filter fan is large, which enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine. 4. The wall thickness of the filter fan has increased by one third compared to the ordinary one, and its weight has also increased by one third. It is one of the filter fans with a reasonable structure and firm structure on the domestic market now, and its average service life has been extended by 1.5 to 2 times. 2. Main Shaft and Filter Tube 1. The filter tube (including the shaft head) is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe. The pipe wall is thick and not easy to wear, which increases the service life by two to three times or more. 2. The flange connection at the interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan is eliminated, and direct welding with mold positioning is adopted instead. This eliminates the aging of the anti-leakage rubber gasket at the original flange connection and eliminates possible air leakage points. 3. Each filter fan is equipped with a pressure plate. The two ends of the pressure plate are respectively pressed tightly with stainless steel bolts and nuts, which is not prone to rust, facilitates the replacement of filter cloth, and significantly reduces the labor intensity. Iii. Stirring
In view of the special properties of iron ore powder and the characteristics of the current market where filters are prone to leakage and stirring systems are not durable, our company has adopted the following stirring devices, achieving ideal results and receiving wide acclaim from users. 1. Adopt port magnetization anti-seepage technology - to prevent mineral powder from entering the stirring sealing sleeve; 2. Use water seal; 3. Adopt a PTFE combined seal; 4. Add wear-resistant bushings for the shaft; 5. The surface of the shaft is chrome-plated to prevent rusting.
4. Tank Body
The tank body below the stirring shaft is coated with corundum high-molecular wear-resistant coating to prevent the wear of the tank body steel plate. V. Control Panel and Friction Plate: Made of specially designed wear-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron, it combines rigidity and flexibility, providing excellent sealing performance and extending service life by 2 to 3 times. Vi. Lubrication and Cleaning: Dry oil pumps are used for centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The filter cloth cleaning adopts an automatic cleaning device, maintaining good fruit removal. Vii. Electrical Control: Variable frequency speed regulation is adopted to adjust according to the concentration and flow rate of the material, achieving the desired working effect.
