Technical Features:
I. Filter Fan
Our company's R&D team has conducted multiple reliability tests in view of the particularity of the mineral processing industry and developed a new type of heavy-duty filter fan that meets market demands.
1. It has a smooth surface, evenly distributed dehydration holes, and reasonable porosity. The edges of the filter fan and ribs are rounded, which not only improves the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. The filter fan head is chamfered and has high strength, and the bottom of the filter fan is equipped with reinforcing ribs, so it is not easy to be damaged or broken during assembly and disassembly.
3. The angle between the rib direction and the center line of the filter fan is more reasonable, resulting in small fluid resistance. The filter fan has a large effective area, which improves the processing capacity of the filter.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared with the ordinary one, and at the same time, the weight of the filter fan is also increased by 1/3. It is a filter fan with reasonable structure and firmness in the domestic market at present, and its average service life can be extended by 1.5-2 times.
5. The filter fan with a special structure is matched with special bolts made of stainless steel, which significantly improves the corrosion resistance and disassembly convenience of the filter fan.
II. Main Shaft and Filter Tube
1. The filter tube (including the shaft head) is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe with a thick wall, which is not easy to wear and its service life is increased by more than 2-3 times.
2. The flange connection at the interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan is eliminated, and mold positioning and direct welding are adopted instead, which eliminates the factor of aging of the leak-proof rubber gasket at the original flange connection and removes possible air leakage points.
3. Each filter fan is equipped with a pressing plate, and both ends of the pressing plate are pressed tightly with stainless steel bolts and nuts, which are not easy to rust, facilitating the later replacement of the filter cloth and greatly reducing the labor intensity.
III. Agitator
In view of the special properties of mineral powder and the problems of existing filters on the market such as easy leakage and short service life of the agitation system, our company has adopted the following agitation device to achieve the ideal effect, which has been widely praised by users.
1. Adoption of port magnetization anti-seepage technology - to prevent mineral powder from entering the agitation seal sleeve;
2. Adoption of water seal;
3. Adoption of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) combined seal;
4. Addition of wear-resistant bushings for the shaft;
5. Chromium plating on the shaft surface to prevent rusting;
IV. Tank Body
1. As a container for receiving material slurry and a load-bearing support of the equipment, the firmness and durability of the tank body structure have a crucial impact on the stability of the product. A corundum polymer wear-resistant coating is added to the bottom of the tank body, which fundamentally solves the problem of easy wear of the tank body.
2. For different materials, tank bodies made of different materials are selected, including carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber sheets, anti-corrosion rubber-lined tank bodies and other types.
V. Control Disc and Friction Plate
Special wear-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron is adopted, and it is lubricated with yellow grease. It combines rigidity and flexibility, has a good sealing effect, and its service life is extended by 2-3 times.
VI. Lubrication and Cleaning
A dry oil pump is used for centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
An automatic cleaning device is adopted for filter cloth cleaning, realizing cleaning while working and maintaining a good dehydration effect.
VII. Electrical Control
Frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, which can be adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of materials to achieve the ideal working effect.
