Potassium and sodium feldspar powder with ultra-fine and ultra-high whiteness is known as the nightmare of the filtration industry due to its small particle size, fast sedimentation, high viscosity, rapid coagulation, poor filterability and extremely high requirements for the whiteness of materials. The disc filter has a large processing capacity (0.4-0.5t/h · m ²) and low moisture content of the filter cake (13-17%) for dewatering ultrafine and high-whiteness potassium and sodium feldspar powder.
Technical features:

In view of the heavy viscosity of feldspar, the high requirement for stirring speed, and the fact that the blades cannot be worn, the blades and the stirring shaft were upgraded to stainless steel materials. 6. The stirring adopts a polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, water seal and imported packing packing seal for multiple combined sealing, achieving the purpose of no ore leakage. 7. In response to the characteristics of feldspar powder, such as high friction coefficient, large particle size and fast sedimentation speed, the filter fan is strengthened by using high-strength wear-resistant materials and increasing the wall thickness of the filter fan to enhance its surface wear resistance and extend its service life. 8. The control panel and friction plates are made of special wear-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron material, and the air channels adopt involute form to increase output and reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. 9. As a filtering medium, if there are residues in the surface capillary pores of the filter cloth after operation, it will affect the filtering characteristics. Only by frequently cleaning under high pressure can the good air permeability of the filter cloth be ensured. The filter cloth produced by our company can be cleaned at any time during unloading to ensure its regenerative capacity and significantly improve the working efficiency of the equipment. 10. Variable frequency speed regulation is adopted to adjust according to the concentration and flow rate of the material, achieving the ideal working effect.
