The GP series disc vacuum filter produced by our company fully absorbs the advantages of similar foreign models. In light of the characteristics of sludge and coal slime dewatering, the overall performance and the design of each component have been optimized. Especially when the filter cloth is used as the filtering medium, an appropriate filter cloth can enhance the dehydration effect. This machine features easy operation, continuous operation, good reliability, small floor space and low investment. It has been widely applied in the environmental protection and coal industries, achieving remarkable economic efficiency. It is mainly used for dewatering fine-grained materials in environmental protection (river sludge, hydropower station mud and sand, papermaking and pharmaceutical wastewater), coal, building materials, chemical and other industries.

Technical features

Based on the characteristics of various industries at present, the filter fans of our company feature uniform distribution of dehydration holes, reasonable porosity, high strength, and a service life that has been increased by 1 to 1.5 times. Meanwhile, the effective area of the filter fans is large, which enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine. 2. The cross-section of the filtrate pipe is large, and the volume of the distribution head and abdominal cavity is also large, which improves the pumping rate and the effect of filtrate discharge. 3. The interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan is welded by a special mold, eliminating all possible air leakage points. 4. It adopts specially made boron-ground cast iron friction plates, which combine rigidity and flexibility, providing excellent sealing performance and a service life of over ten years. 5. The automatic filter cloth cleaning device maintains its excellent dewatering effect. 6. Horizontal variable-speed stirring, with PTFE combined seal at the shaft end, water seal and packing seal added; Multiple sealing methods are adopted to effectively prevent slurry leakage. 7. The main drive is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, which is adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material to achieve the desired working effect. 8. As the filter fan temperature has been changed from 36° to 18°, each disc is composed of 20 sector-shaped plates, which enhances the control of the filtration process and ensures uniform cake thickness. 9. One filter fan and one pressure plate are adopted. The clamps between the pressure plates hold the filter fans in place within a plane, reducing the workload of maintenance personnel when replacing the filter fans or filter cloths and lowering the labor intensity. 10. The dry oil pump provides centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 11. According to the characteristics of the materials, a dual combined form of mechanical and air stirring or an optional one is adopted, which overcomes the phenomenon of material sedimentation. 12. It can be equipped with an independent filter cake forming area and a drying area. Through strong vacuum, the moisture content of the filter cake is made lower than that of general machines.
